Pomeranian Fishing Association Foundation was established in 2021 in Gdańsk, Poland.
Our foundation’s goal is to promote modern angling and its principles; promote the sport of angling by organizing sport events including competitions throughout the country or Europe; support recreational angling by creating new fisheries or helping to manage existing ones; organize events and activities aimed at whole families with emphasis on children and teenagers.
Our offer will be addressed to all anglers regardless of preferred method, age, or social status.
We want anglers and their families to have a place for fishing, relaxation and recreation, as well as additional options to choose from among those already available.
We will try to place great emphasis on ecology, through community-wide education using our media, as well as our partners.
We want angling to be a widely available form of recreation, and our waters to be fishable and clean, and for this purpose we will carry out the necessary activities along with our partners, whom we will invite to cooperation, acquiring funds for stocking or protection of waters.
The core of this Foundation is formed by experienced anglers with considerable knowledge in the field of fishing.

Mariusz Radecki
President of the Foundation Management Board,
A long-time social activist in the structures of the Polish Fishing Association, where he was active at the level of the circle as a member of the board holding several positions, as well as in the Social Fishing Guard. By the authorities of the Gdańsk district he was awarded a medal for his contribution to the development of angling.
After his adventure with the Polish Fishing Association ended, he was a co-founder and the first President of the Pomeranian Carp Club, as a part of which he managed to acquire Lake Brzeżonko for fishing use and to create a thriving special fishery there, called the Brzeżonko Fishery.
Mariusz Radecki is the originator and founder of our Foundation and one of its projects called International Carp Championship League. A competition the prize pool of which is PLN 500.000, and the main prize is PLN 250.000. In his resume he can boast of a considerable number of organized fishing competitions. The idea for the competition should come as no surprise to anyone, as Mariusz has been involved in sports all his life. He was the originator and co-founder of the OKS Janowo Rumia football club, and then for several years its president. He was active on the board of directors at SALOS Rumia, and for several years has sat on the audit committee of the Bałtyk Gdynia soccer club.
Such extensive experience should help him manage such a large project as the Pomeranian Fishing Association Foundation.
Mirosław Kulasiewicz

Despite the fact that Mirosław is not an angler, who daily participates in public forums and may be an anonymous person for most of you, he has a lot of experience in managing similar projects.
He was one of the founders and remains an active board member of the Pomeranian Carp Club. The organizational burden in the association and at the Brzeżonko fishery rested and still rests mainly on his shoulders. It is possible to say a titan of work, and we expect similar commitment from him in the Foundation.
